The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was flavorful and there were many restaurant options. The massages at the spa were amazing.

As young holiday goers, we loved the amazing pools, friendly staff, and delicious food options. The bartenders at the pool made the most awesome drinks, and the variety of restaurants catered to our every craving. The resort also had plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. The best part was the beautiful ocean with calm, clear water perfect for swimming and floating around. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Well-maintained rooms, great restaurants, enjoyable nightly entertainment, tasty food, helpful staff ensuring a great experience. Super friendly, English-speaking staff. Nice pool and beach, lots of facilities and free water activities. Exceptional staff created a joyful atmosphere. Swimming up to the pool bar was a highlight.

We found Zilara much better than Ziva, especially from the point of view of staff friendliness and customer service.

Orville, staff member at the Jamaican Roots Restaurant, was excellent - had a very pleasant attitude, was very helpful and professional. We stayed over the Ziva side, but we preferred the Zilara side and in particular the Jamaican Roots Restaurant, because of the professionalism of the staff.

We would definitely stay here again as the property perfectly met our needs. The accommodation had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the attentive staff and delicious drinks. The hotel's beachfront location was also a major plus for us. Additionally, being just one mile away from the Montego Bay Convention Centre was very convenient for us. We even had the opportunity to book a table at their fantastic onsite restaurant, Di Roza.

Our stay was indeed luxurious and met our expectations. The exclusive amenities were beyond amazing, from the top-notch service to the remarkable spa lounge. We were particularly pleased with the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi that were always sparkling clean. The beach access was also impressive, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view and water trampolines all day long.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the packed lunches that we were not quite pleased with. However, this was overshadowed by the exceptional quality of the restaurant buffet, where we had our delicious breakfasts served. our experience at this hotel was worth every penny, and we look forward to visiting again.

The pool bar had great bartenders like Troy, Lamar, and Andre. They were friendly and made excellent drinks. Even when they were busy, they greeted me by name and knew my drink order. The food was good too, especially the Jerk Chicken by the beach. I would recommend this resort.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel so welcome and attended to all of my needs. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the gym. The location on the beach was perfect, with stunning sea views from my room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking and the availability of transportation options. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff serving it were friendly and attentive.

The pools were well arranged and not too big, with ample sunbeds for privacy. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the staff were always attentive. We spent New Year's at this resort and it was amazing! The welcoming was great as we got complementary drinks and a refreshing towel. Also, we enjoyed the complementary fruits in the room. The location is perfect, right on the beach with crystal clear water. We loved the free snorkeling offered by the hotel.

The noise from the construction happening nearby, but it didn't bother us too much since we were mostly out enjoying the beach.

We also enjoyed the entertainment, including a fun night club and live music performances.

During my stay at this hotel, I had a fantastic experience in terms of the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location in many restaurants in the piano bar, which undoubtedly is the most elegant or formal of all the bars. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was very attentive to any requests. I was thrilled with the service and luxury that this hotel provided.

We appreciated the complimentary drinks upon arrival and the free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The location near the center of town made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the view from our room's balcony.

The cleanliness of the room, as the bathroom did not seem properly sanitized. Additionally, the lack of available amenities, such as a pool or gym, was frustrating.
